Message	customer service difficulties that I am working to resolve. It just doesn't happen overnight unfortunately. What more can I say? I still have a business to run in whatever shape or form it is in and I can't just let everything go solely to focus on just one single thing. All I ask is to consider that I have been in this business for many years now and although have had hiccups along the way, I have always made good on any customer issues and continue to deliver top-notch products. I've just been trying to work through the difficulties of a growing product line and maintaining the manufacture and customer service associated with the additional demand. ... try running a business and I'm sure anyone will discover the challenges I am speaking of.
